Do you take custom or personalized order requests?

We love making custom & personalized orders for cyberlox, headdresses, flower crowns, top hats, and kandi masks/cuffs! Current pieces can also be personalized (adding LED lights, etc). See our Custom Order listings for more information such as materials, colors, pricing, time estimates, etc. We'll work together with you every step of the way to ensure that we’re staying true to your ideas and specifications. Whatever you can imagine, we can bring it to life! Prices will vary based on materials, labor, etc. We can work within your budget and adjust pricing accordingly as the creative process unfolds. Some possible reasons for price changes include more materials needed, certain materials more expensive than initially anticipated, etc.

Can I return or exchange custom or personalized items?

Due to the highly individualized and unique nature of custom and personalized orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. Each piece is 100% unique and meant to be worn on the body, so this is why we cannot except returns unless the item was faulty. However, if you are dissatisfied or have any questions or concerns regarding your order, just contact us through Etsy, by email, or through our Facebook page and we will do our best to sort the situation out for you! We consistently strive to provide high quality products and excellent, reliable customer service. You're not just a customer, you are a friend! We will always work to accommodate your needs, like using video chat or other forms of communication to help you.

Do you have free local pick up available?

Yes! Use coupon code LOCALZLUV to receive free shipping on your order at checkout then send us a message letting us know you'd like to pick up your items locally! Local pick-up is available in the New Orleans and South Mississippi Gulf Coast areas. We will meet you at a public location or you can pick up your order from our booth if we are working an event or market.

How do I pay for my custom or personalized order?

After discussing details/ideas/budget and confirming your order, we'll give you an estimate of the total cost of your custom piece ASAP, usually within a couple of days (so we can check our supplies, inventory, etc). Once we have agreed on a price and design, we will create a private, personal listing for the price in full (unless otherwise agreed upon on a case by case basis) and send it to you to purchase like a regular listng. The process from there is the same as buying any Etsy item and is subject to all applicable shop policies. Note: The final price may be higher than the original estimate due to higher supply costs, unexpected changes, etc. Don't worry! We will always ask your permission before making changes in price, design, etc.

Can I cancel my custom or personalized order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations on any of our orders, custom, personalized, or otherwise. However, if you need to change your order or something else comes up, we are always willing to work with customers on a case by case basis, but we do abide by our policies as they are written very closely as this protects us as a business and you as a customer on Etsy, such as settling any potential disputes that may arise.

How do I order a custom or personalized piece?

Click the Request Custom Order button on the shop home page or the custom request links in each listing to send us a message. You can also contact us by email, through our Facebook page, or through Instagram. We will get back with you ASAP and hash out all the details so that we can make you the custom piece of your wildest dreams! A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final cost is due immediately following the agreement to purchase a custom piece and before any work begins if the order is not paid in full beforehand (this is not typically our policy; usually payment is completed in full when the custom order is placed but we are also flexible). This deposit protects us from customers who do not follow through with their purchases.

General Shipping Information

Items are shipped within 1-3 business days in a box via USPS First Class Package Service for both Domestic and International shipping, but this service does not include any insurance on your package. You can purchase insurance for a small additional fee upon request (add a note to your order or contact us before we ship your package). Packages over 16 oz. ship via USPS Priority Mail and include up to $100 in insurance. Tracking is included for all domestic and international packages, and delivery confirmation is included with international shipping. Three Moons Designs is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping or for lost or stolen packages. Other shipping upgrades are available on request.

Are your items ready to ship?

Yes, all of our items are sold as pictured and are ready to ship immediately unless otherwise noted in the listing. Depending on when your place your order, your package will usually be shipped out the same or next day. Custom orders vary in processing times. Please see each listing for processing and shipping times. If you would like to customize a ready-to-ship listing, this will add a little processing and shipping time to your original quoted delivery day along with whatever various charges the customization may require.

Do you ship to the EU?

Yes, but EU shipping policies require us to obey certain policies in order to ship to these nations. We abide by these rules, but consider our items to be not returnable/refundable due to their highly individualized nature and sanitary concerns, as our pieces are meant to be worn in the hair and on the head. Should we be required by Etsy to issue a refund or return to a customer in the EU, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any damages to the item during the shipping process or prior to being shipped back to us. We will replace the item with another of equal value, but will not refund in full. Contact us with any questions or consult Etsy policies. These policies do not apply to nations outside of the EU.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Shipping times vary anywhere from 4 to 15+ days depending on destination, shipping service chosen, potential customs delays or unexpected issuss. If you are concerned about having your package delivered by a certain date, it is best to order your piece AT LEAST a month ahead. We pride ourselves on fast, safe shipping, but international shipping can be difficult at times. We are not responsible for delays in packages after they have been confirmed shipped by the USPS or any damage caused en route by USPS. We strongly encourage you to use expedited services (USPS Priority & Priority Express). Buying insurance is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED if you do not choose Priority or need more than the $50-$100 coverage included with Priority.
